GCS Malta is seeking ab HR Manager to join the team at one of Malta's top 5* Hotels. The successful candidate will be leading and managing the entire HR function.

Your Responsibilities

• Developing HR strategies aligned with business goals and service standards.
• Advising leadership on HR matters.
• Leading recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Managing employee relations and fostering a positive work environment.
• Implementing training programs and overseeing performance management.
• Administering payroll, benefits, and employee records.
• Ensuring compliance with Maltese employment laws and HR administration.

Required Skills

This role requires strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with a solid understanding of HR best practices and Maltese Employment Laws. Professionalism and a strong work ethic is essential.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate should hold a Degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional HR certifications are a plus, and at least 5 years of experience in a senior HR role is preferred.
