Your Responsibilities

• Analyzing client needs and defining software requirements
• Managing software implementation from start to finish
• Configuring and optimizing software for clients
• Conducting training and providing ongoing support
• Troubleshooting issues and offering technical solutions
• Collaborating with teams to ensure project alignment
• Preparing documentation and user manuals
• Ensuring software integration with existing systems

Required Skills

This role requires an individual with strong project management, communication, and presentation skills, as well as a passion for providing high-quality customer service. Proficiency in written and spoken English, along with strong skills in Microsoft Office tools, is essential.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate should hold a Degree in Business or IT, with experience in business analysis and the implementation and support of HR or similar solutions, such as ERP, considered a plus.
