GCS Malta is looking for a Claims Associate to work with one of Malta’s leading insurance companies. The chosen individual will manage claims ensuring that company policy, procedure and regulatory requirements are always followed.

Your Responsibilities

• Delivering all specific objectives as assigned upon appointment
• Handling all claims which are part of the job holder's file allocation in accordance with Group SLAs
• Gathering and processing information, as directed, to support the effective assessment of more complex cases
• Handling a portfolio of recovery files
• Adhering to the company's complaint management process
• Performing any other duties assigned by Senior Management

Required Skills

Fluency in the English language is considered a must. Knowledge in any additional languages is considered an asset.

Qualifications and Experience

The individual must be professional and proactive, possessing strong communication and organizational skills.
