GCS Malta is looking for a Sales Administrator to work with one of Malta's leading catering companies.

Your Responsibilities

  • Responding promptly and professionally to client requests.
  • Preparing and delivering quotes based on customer inquiries.
  • Administering invoices and monitoring the order process.
  • Ensuring customer deadlines are consistently met.
  • Maintaining and updating customer records.
  • Developing monthly sales reports.
  • Taking a proactive approach to food product sales with existing and new clients.
  • Liaising with and supporting the sales team in general operations.

Required Skills

Ideally, having strong organizational, time management and customer service skills are essential within this role, along with having attention to detail. Fluency in both written and spoken Maltese & English and proficiency in word and excel are required.

Qualifications and Experience

The selected candidates must be in possession of a clean driving license, whilst at least 2 years' experience in a sales role is considered an asset.
