HR Business Partner

GCS Malta is looking for an HR Business Partner to work with one of Malta's leading technology companies.

Your Responsibilities

  • Acting as the primary HR contact for assigned business units, guiding management and staff
  • Supporting managers in implementing HR processes like disciplinary, grievance, and performance management
  • Coordinating absence management and liaising with Occupational Health to address health risks
  • Ensuring compliance with employment laws to minimize legal risks
  • Overseeing recruitment, including visa applications and staff training
  • Resolving employee relations issues and communicating company policies
  • Identifying development needs with management and maintaining accurate HR data
  • Contributing to HR reports and supporting core HR cycles like Pay and Talent Reviews
  • Participating in reward activities and delivering HR projects with the wider HR team
  • Promoting employee engagement and tailoring internal communications

Required Skills

Requirements include comprehensive HR experience in employee relations, recruitment, training, and talent management, with a proven ability to support manager and drive commercially focused practices. Excellent communication, organizational and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications and Experience

The chosen candidate must be in possession of a Bachelor's Degree in HR or a similar field, whilst a minimum of 3 years' experience within a similar role is considered an asset.
