Junior HR Advisor

GCS Malta is looking for a Junior HR Advisor to work with one of Malta's leading technology companies.

Your Responsibilities

  • Assisting with daily HR operations and building relationships with stakeholders
  • Supporting recruitment processes and submitting work permit applications
  • Promoting employee engagement through surveys and activities
  • Updating payroll changes and assisting with internal communication
  • Supporting HR procedures (disciplinary, performance, absence)
  • Advising on company procedures and delivering training as needed

Required Skills

This role requires someone with strong organizational, multitasking and communications skills, with the ability to work in a team setting, be diplomatic and able to handle sensitive matters. Proficiency in using Microsoft office applications is essential.

Qualifications and Experience

The chosen candidate must be in possession of Degree in HR with a good understanding of the Maltese Employment Law, whilst experience in an HR function is considered an asset.
