Your Responsibilities

• Developing strategy and capacity plans with leadership.
• Improving manufacturing performance and cost competitiveness.
• Overseeing new product development.
• Enhancing industrial relations and performance culture.
• Ensuring training and development for team members.
• Conducting talent reviews and creating a succession plan.

Required Skills

The ideal candidate should have expertise in lean manufacturing, operational excellence, and complex processes, with strong analytical skills and knowledge of manufacturing policies. Previous management experience in a manufacturing environment is required.

Qualifications and Experience

The selected candidate must hold a degree or equivalent qualification, with experience in continuous improvement techniques, culture change programs, and managing growth.
