Your Responsibilities

• Leading and managing a team of Java developers, offering guidance and mentorship.
• Collaborating with cross
• functional teams to understand requirements and deliver business solutions.
• Designing, developing, and maintaining Java applications using the Spring framework.
• Reviewing code, providing feedback, and ensuring coding standards and best practices.
• Identifying and resolving technical challenges promptly.

Required Skills

Possession of in-depth knowledge of software development methodologies, principles, patterns, best practices, and experience with Agile development practices is required.

Qualifications and Experience

The chosen candidate must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field, whilst proven experience in Java Development, strong proficiency in Spring Framework and experience in leading a team of developers is considered an asset.
