GCS Malta is seeking a Fire Doors Project Manager to work with a leading security company in Malta.
Your Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing fire door installation plans.
- Managing project schedules, budgets, and resources.
- Coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and teams for timely delivery.
- Monitoring progress and providing status updates.
- Conducting risk assessments and ensuring mitigation strategies.
- Ensuring compliance with fire safety regulations and codes.
- Reviewing and approving technical specifications.
- Performing site inspections and quality audits.
- Providing training and guidance to team members.
- Maintaining communication with all stakeholders.
- Keeping up with fire safety regulations and standards.
- Ensuring documentation of installations and maintenance.
- Preparing compliance reports and audit trails.
Required Skills
This role requires knowledge of fire safety regulations, fire door installation standards, and relevant building codes, along with proficiency in project management tools and ensuring compliance. Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills, with the ability to solve problems efficiently, are essential.
Qualifications and Experience
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in project management, with at least 5 years of experience in construction projects or joinery works being an asset.
