GCS Malta is seeking to recruit an Marketing Manager to work with a local real estate agency.
Your Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing marketing plans to align with company objectives.
- Conducting market research to identify trends and competitor activities.
- Collaborating with branch and division managers for marketing support.
- Maximising budgets to achieve KPIs and effective marketing.
- Reporting to directors with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Leading and mentoring a diverse team, setting individual KPIs.
- Creating marketing content for digital, print, and events.
- Maintaining cohesive brand focus and consistency across channels.
- Developing and managing visual brand identities.
- Gathering customer feedback to enhance brand perception.
- Planning and managing digital marketing initiatives (social media, PPC, email).
- Monitoring and optimising campaign performance.
- Staying updated on digital trends to drive innovation.
- Managing the company’s websites and digital presence.
- Planning and executing promotional and internal events.
- Coordinating with teams and partners for seamless event logistics.
Required Skills
Proven success in marketing campaigns, experience with digital marketing tools, social media, and content creation, and ability to make impactful presentations are required. Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills are essential, along with fluency in both English & Maltese.
Qualifications and Experience
The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, along with over 5 years of experience in a senior marketing role, preferably within the hospitality, real estate, or service industries.
