GCS Malta is seeking to recruit a Senior Court Litigation Associate to work with a local public agency.

Your Responsibilities

• Representing in court and preparing related documents.
• Coordinating with external lawyers and ensuring deadlines are met.
• Managing legal fees, trackers, and logs.
• Assisting in team performance monitoring and policy implementation.
• Providing training, collecting data, and testifying in court.
• Liaising with authorities and representing in international forums.
• Supporting ad
• hoc projects and reporting to senior officials.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of Malta's anti-money laundering laws, EU regulations, and the financial, gaming, and regulated sectors is required. Experience in applying these laws is required. Fluency in both written and spoken Maltese and English is required, whilst proficiency in using Microsoft office applications is a must.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate should possess an LL.D or M.Adv Degree, or an equivalent NQF7 qualification in Law, with a warrant or registration to practice in Malta. A minimum of 4 years of court experience is considered an asset.
