Prepress Lead

GCS Malta is looking for a Prepress Lead to work with one of Malta's leading technology companies.

Your Responsibilities

• Supporting divisional leadership in executing strategy.
• Providing expertise for decision
• making and strategic planning.
• Adhering to governance and operational disciplines.
• Driving SSQCDP Management through shop floor system.
• Ensuring timely addressing of printing press and plan requirements.
• Facilitating continuous improvement and team integration.
• Enhancing QCPs for improved efficiency and analytics.
• Developing and maintaining SOPs, FMEAs, and control plans.
• Complying with Lean, 5S, and Kaizen principles.
• Participating in PDR process and maintaining training records.

Required Skills

The candidate should have quality assurance awareness, problem-solving skills, lean manufacturing expertise, people management experience, and ideally, security print experience. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail are a must within this role.

Qualifications and Experience

The selected candidate must hold a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a relevant subject, whilst experience working in a chemistry lab is considered an asset.
