Production Manager

GCS Malta is looking for a Production Manager to work with one of Malta's leading technology companies.

Your Responsibilities

• Leading Gemba, Level 2 meetings, and operations reviews.
• Assisting with escalations and defining technical implementation plans.
• Managing factory variances and supporting forecasting requirements.
• Analyzing financials and comparing actuals versus estimates.
• Owning area budget and conducting stock takes.
• Collecting and reporting data for management.
• Contributing to estimate builds during budgeting periods.
• Managing headcount in line with capacity and budget.
• Leading front
• line managers to achieve KPIs and production goals.

Required Skills

This role requires proficiency in Lean Methodology and/or Lean Six Sigma, as well as MS Office applications. Strong communication skills in both English and Maltese, with the ability to analyse data and numbers effectively.

Qualifications and Experience

The chosen candidate must hold an MQV level 5 Diploma or higher, with experience in a similar role considered an asset.
