GCS Malta is looking for a Personal Expert to work with one of Malta's leading technology companies.

Your Responsibilities

• Managing personalization printing software, programs, and hardware.
• Providing secure customer data for the shop floor.
• Setting up and administering secure numbering systems with various databases.
• Controlling the flow of secure customer data.
• Coordinating with central systems and third parties for integration.
• Developing efficiency improvements in production.
• Achieving performance targets using Lean Manufacturing tools and Continuous Improvement.
• Training and mentoring employees.
• Supporting customer projects, New Product Introduction, and R&D trials.
• Assisting in auditing and traceability data extraction.
• Helping transition to new personalization technologies.
• Supporting Personalization and Production management.
• Contributing to continuous improvement and new technology implementation.
• Fostering collaboration across the business.

Required Skills

This role requires strong mathematical skills, knowledge of object-oriented languages (preferably C#), scripting techniques, and experience with various operating systems. They should be familiar with databases (SQL minimum), hardware system setup, and software integration. Experience with camera-based inspection systems is a plus.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate should be a graduate in IT, Engineering, or a related field, with previous experience in a similar role considered an asset.
