GCS is looking for a Lawyer - Corporate Services to join one of Malta's leading financial companies.

Your Responsibilities

• Vetting, drafting, negotiating, and providing advice on corporate and regulatory instruments.
• Assisting in the planning and implementation of corporate restructuring.
• Supporting compliance efforts related to ongoing supervision processes.
• Reviewing commercial agreements and corporate documents.
• Offering regulatory advice to clients.
• Formulating solutions tailored to client needs.
• Conducting research on specific areas of law.
• Drafting and preparing written deliverables for clients.
• Contributing to articles and content related to corporate and commercial law.

Required Skills

Excellent organizational and having the ability to perform demanding transactions is required. Ideally, be proficient and fluent in both written and verbal English, with preferably additional languages.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate must be in possession of a University Degree in Law and holder of a warrant to practice in Malta whilst having a minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in the corporate industry is considered an asset.
