GCS Malta is looking for a Trust and Corporate Administrator to join a multinational professional services provider in their offices in Malta.
Your Responsibilities
- Setting up and day

- day administration of trusts and companies
- Liaising with clients, professional advisors, intermediaries, banks, and government authorities
- Co
- ordinating information with internal departments
- Drafting minutes and preparing documents in relation to routine transactions
- Cash flow management including the preparation of–payments, checking receipts, documenting funds received and maintaining cash flows
- Ensuring that statutory records are kept up to date
- Assisting in carrying out annual reviews of all entities, including Customer Due Diligence documentation
- Ensuring compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures
- Maintaining online and manual filing systems for the Trust team
Required Skills
This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with a positive attitude. One must be able to meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
Qualifications and Experience
The ideal candidate should have 2 years of experience in a similar administrative role and be educated to A' Level standard or equivalent. While studying for the STEP qualification is preferred, it is not mandatory.
