Your Responsibilities

• Coordinating project work, schedules, and attendance of installers
• Allocating tasks, setting goals, and managing teams remotely and on
• site
• Monitoring team performance, providing coaching, and resolving conflicts
• Supervising machinery use and ensuring installations meet design standards
• Estimating material needs, ordering supplies, and managing project budgets
• Inspecting electrical systems, identifying issues, and reporting progress to stakeholders

Required Skills

This role demands excellent communication, attention to detail, and project management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and a strong focus on quality control and assurance.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate should have prior experience in a similar role, with strong knowledge of light fixtures, smoke detectors, fire alarms, wiring, circuit breakers, transformers, grounding systems, cable management, load shedding, and distribution board configuration.
