GCS Malta is seeking a Home Interiors Coordinator to work with one of Malta’s leading real estate companies. The chosen candidate will be reporting to the Home Interiors Division Manager and will be working closely with the team and suppliers in terms of planning, and executing design, finishing, and furnishing projects on time and to the desired standard. This also includes liaising with third-party suppliers and contractors.

Your Responsibilities

• Planning and organizing project schedules and administrative tasks
• Conceptualizing designs
• Sourcing of materials and products
• Interacting with clients, contractors, and suppliers
• Drafting proposals based on client requirements
• Planning, budgeting, and executing projects from start to finish
• Researching products
• Conducting site visits

Required Skills

One must have impeccable time management skills and be able to work in a fast-paced and client focused environment. Fluency in the English language is considered a must whilst knowledge in any additional languages is considered a plus.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate must have at least 1-3 years’ experience in a similar role, as it is considered an asset.
