Your Responsibilities
- Aligning with department strategy and discussing gaps with the line manager.
- Promoting and selling products, delivering training to team members.
- Managing lead pipelines, identifying key contacts, and tracking market trends.
- Staying adaptable to evolving tasks and responsibilities.
- Understanding client needs and recommending suitable products.
- Contacting potential clients via chats, calls, and emails.
- Qualifying leads from campaigns and conferences.
- Negotiating terms, attending meetings, and setting deadlines.
- Maintaining strong client relationships and handling complaints.
- Managing product positioning and pricing.
- Collaborating with marketing and design teams for client presentations.
- Ensuring smooth execution of sales processes with the team.
- Attending events and performing other tasks as required.
Required Skills
The selected candidate must have a proven track record in meeting targets, lead generation, cold calling, acquiring new business sales, and managing key accounts. This role demands excellent presentation, communication, and problem-solving skills, with fluency in both English and Italian being essential.
Qualifications and Experience
Applicants should ideally hold a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing, or a related field. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role is considered advantageous.
