IT Support Executive

GCS Malta is seeking an IT Support Executive to join a leading IT services provider in Malta.

Your Responsibilities

• Providing first
• level IT support to clients.
• Installing, configuring, maintaining, and repairing workstations.
• Troubleshooting and setting up peripherals, including printers, access points, smartphones, and tablets.

Required Skills

This role requires expertise in diagnosing, repairing, and configuring PCs, laptops, and other IT equipment. The ideal candidate should be proactive, results-oriented, and capable of maintaining a high level of customer service and professionalism. Fluency in both Maltese and English is essential, along with a valid Maltese or European driving license.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate must have proven experience supporting Microsoft platforms and products, including Microsoft Office 365, along with expertise in antivirus and VPN solutions.
