1st Line Support Officer

GCS Malta is seeking an IT Support Technical Officer to work with one of Malta's leading tech companies.

Your Responsibilities

• Providing first
• line technical support for computer systems, software, and hardware.
• Troubleshooting and resolving basic technical issues.
• Escalating complex problems to higher support levels.
• Assisting users with system and software
• related inquiries.

Required Skills

Capable of troubleshooting issues on the latest technologies, and have some basic experience with networks, and ideally network printers is a must. One must be able to perform well under pressure, and work well in a team with minimal supervision.

Qualifications and Experience

The chosen candidate must have a minimum of 2 to 3 years’ experience in a similar post. One must also possess an MQF 5 Certification in IT and ideally have a basic understanding of Microsoft cloud technologies like Office 365.
