Learning & Development Executive

GCS Malta is looking for a Learning & Development Executive to join one of Malta’s leading service providers.

Your Responsibilities

  • Identifying training needs through job analysis, performance reviews, and manager consultations
  • Delivering engaging orientation programs for new employees
  • Collaborating with training providers to develop tailored content
  • Serving as the primary contact for training and development inquiries
  • Evaluating training effectiveness and analyzing reports

Required Skills

This role demands strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, combined with solid design abilities and keen attention to detail in developing training content. Fluency in both Maltese and English languages is essential, along with strong IT skills.

Qualifications and Experience

Ideal candidates should be in possession of a Bachelor’s Degree in HR or a related field, whilst a minimum of 2 years experience in Learning & Development is considered an asset.
