GCS Malta is looking for an Offset Printer to work with one of Malta's leading printing companies.

Your Responsibilities

• Ensuring safety with a zero
• incident focus.
• Managing process control and quality.
• Driving continuous improvement.
• Monitoring productivity and resolving issues.
• Overseeing maintenance and changeovers.
• Maintaining process documentation.
• Providing training and mentoring.
• Conducting problem
• solving and root cause analysis.
• Managing material control and reconciliation.
• Participating in waste reduction and excellence projects.

Required Skills

This role requires technical aptitude, process knowledge, quality training, and awareness of HSE and security protocols, whether through formal education or practical experience. The candidate must operate all machine areas, assess risks, follow procedures, and work safely. Reliability, good timekeeping, and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications and Experience

The chosen candidate must be a GSCE or equivalent in Maths and English at Grade C or above, whilst experience in manufacturing operations is considered an asset.
