GCS Malta is seeking a Domestic Sales Manager to join a leading company in Malta specializing in aluminium, steel, PVC, and glass works.

Your Responsibilities

• Leading and mentoring the Sales Team to achieve targets.
• Developing and implementing sales strategies.
• Monitoring team performance and conversion rates.
• Managing client interactions and sales inquiries.
• Overseeing quotations, tenders, and negotiations.
• Ensuring timely collection of payments.
• Coordinating large projects with teams and clients.
• Managing showroom upkeep and CRM system.
• Scheduling client appointments and handovers.

Required Skills

Sound knowledge and experience in digital marketing is essential, along with excellent communication, leadership and team management skills. Fluency in both spoken and written English and Maltese is required, whilst a valid driving license is a must.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of sales experience, including 2 years in a managerial role.
