GCS Malta is seeking to recruit a Data Management & Analytics Manager to join one of Malta’s leading tech companies.

Your Responsibilities

• Assisting in the development of data management and analytics solutions.
• Contributing to system changes impacting data collection and transformation.
• Supporting stakeholders with analytics to inform decision
• making and risk understanding.
• Establishing and monitoring data quality and governance standards.
• Building relationships with external partners to source data.
• Mentoring team members to enhance effectiveness and achieve goals.
• Performing additional duties as delegated.

Required Skills

This role requires coding skills (preferably C# or similar), data querying (preferably T-SQL), and familiarity with DevOps practices, cloud platforms (preferably Azure), and data orchestration tools (e.g., Data Factory, Azure Synapse). Excellent communication, leadership and teamwork skills are essential.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should ideally hold an MQF Level 6 qualification in Mathematics, Statistics, Financial Services, or a related field, along with at least 6 years of experience in the regulated sector, including 2 years in a senior position.
