Personalization Expert

GCS Malta is looking for a Personalization Specialist to work with one of Malta's leading technology companies.

Your Responsibilities

• Maintaining inspection and personalization software and hardware
• Acquiring expert knowledge and building adaptation models
• Advising on technologies to improve system performance
• Managing data for investigations, analysis, and manifests
• Ensuring database integrity for customer standards
• Supporting NPI and R&D trials
• Training new employees and providing technical assistance
• Communicating project progress and daily issues
• Ensuring optimal machine performance
• Meeting OEE, RFT, and OTIF targets
• Addressing customer non
• conformities

Required Skills

This role demands strong computer literacy, including expertise in object-oriented scripting (preferably C#) and hardware setup, as well as proficiency in automatic inspection systems and related automation. A solid understanding of security printing materials and processes is also essential. A strong aptitude for mathematics and analysis is required, along with excellent communication, problem-solving, and proactive skills.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate must be in possession of an MQF Level 5 in IT or Electrical Engineering and previous similar experience is considered an asset.
