GCS Malta is seeking an HR Executive to work with one of Malta’s leading international companies.

Your Responsibilities

  • Identifying training needs and developing programs.
  • Coordinating with external providers and managing logistics.
  • Evaluating training effectiveness and providing ongoing support.
  • Utilizing funding opportunities for cost
  • effective training.
  • Collaborating on performance evaluations and post
  • review feedback.
  • Maintaining HRIS data and assisting in performance improvement plans.
  • Organizing employee engagement activities and analysing feedback.
  • Designing and implementing wellbeing initiatives and monitoring effectiveness.
  • Handling day
  • to
  • day issues, providing HR support, and preparing reports.
  • Standing in for work permit applications and renewals.
  • Promoting health and safety awareness.

Required Skills

This role requires strong understanding of training and development principles, along with knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and best practices related to employee development and wellbeing. Excellent organizational, time management, and analytical skills, along with strong leadership and teamwork abilities, are essential.

Qualifications and Experience

The chosen candidate must be in possession of a Tertiary Level in HR or a relevant qualification with a minimum of 3 years’ working experience within the industry.
