Junior HR Executive

GCS Malta is seeking a Junior HR Executive to work with one of Malta’s leading international companies.

Your Responsibilities

  • Managing work permits and renewals.
  • Coordinating training and recruitment.
  • Supporting onboarding and induction.
  • Implementing wellbeing initiatives.
  • Maintaining HR records and reports.
  • Handling HR inquiries and supplier interactions.
  • Ensuring compliance with employment laws.
  • Monitoring HR processes for improvements.

Required Skills

This role requires proficiency in HR information systems and databases, as well as a strong understanding of employment laws and work permit regulations. Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills are essential, with fluency in English and preferably Maltese. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is also required.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate should hold a Diploma in HR or equivalent with two years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
