GCS Malta is seeking a Junior HR Executive to work with one of Malta’s leading international companies.
Your Responsibilities
- Managing work permits and renewals.
- Coordinating training and recruitment.
- Supporting onboarding and induction.
- Implementing wellbeing initiatives.
- Maintaining HR records and reports.
- Handling HR inquiries and supplier interactions.
- Ensuring compliance with employment laws.
- Monitoring HR processes for improvements.
Required Skills
This role requires proficiency in HR information systems and databases, as well as a strong understanding of employment laws and work permit regulations. Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills are essential, with fluency in English and preferably Maltese. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is also required.
Qualifications and Experience
The ideal candidate should hold a Diploma in HR or equivalent with two years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
