GCS Malta is looking for an HR & Office Coordinator to work with an international telecoms company in Malta.
Your Responsibilities
- Assisting with agendas, travel plans, and scheduling for Senior Management
- Handling correspondences, documents, and taking minutes
- Preparing facilities and arranging refreshments for meetings/events
- Running office errands and managing office upkeep
- Maintaining stock lists and ordering supplies
- Building relationships with suppliers and vendors
- Assisting with recruitment, interviews, and HR tasks
- Supporting on
- boarding/off
- boarding processes
- Leading assigned social events and other tasks from Senior Management
Required Skills
Excellent organizational, time management, and teamwork abilities, with the capacity to manage pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to shifting priorities are required, along with exceptional communication skills, both in person, in writing, and over the phone. Proficiency in using Microsoft office applications and other office management tools are essential.
Qualifications and Experience
The candidate should have an A-Level standard of education and at least 1 year of experience in a similar role, which is considered an asset.
