GCS Malta is seeking a Hybrid Front Desk Replacement to work with one of Malta’s leading service providers.
Your Responsibilities
- Handling administrative and customer service tasks.
- Assisting customers in person and over the phone.
- Addressing customer queries and resolving complaints.
Required Skills
Strong communication and listening skills, paired with a can-do attitude and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Fluency in both Maltese and English is a must.
Qualifications and Experience
The ideal candidate should possess an ECDL certification and demonstrate excellent computer skills.
