Delivery Person

GCS Malta is looking for a Delivery Person to work with one of Malta’s scientific distribution companies. In this role the individual will be overseeing the accurate delivery of goods.

Your Responsibilities

• Receiving, unloading, and preparing orders
• Driving vehicles and operating forklifts
• Loading and unloading vehicles at warehouses and client sites
• Reviewing and dispatching orders
• Distributing materials onsite as per plan
• Inspecting items for damages
• Assisting with daily duties and errands
• Maintaining warehouse safety and cleanliness
• Handling items carefully at warehouse and client sites
• Unpacking and disposing of packaging
• Following delivery routes and contacting clients
• Collecting payments
• Storing and maintaining tools in working order
• Performing additional tasks as required

Required Skills

This role requires the ability to lift heavy objects and work both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate must be in possession of a valid driving license, whilst prior experience in a similar role is considered an asset.
