GCS Malta is looking for a Personal Insurance Associate to work with a leading insurance company in Malta.

Your Responsibilities

• Assisting clients with personal insurance inquiries and policy information
• Processing insurance applications, renewals, and cancellations
• Providing quotes and explain coverage options to clients
• Handling claims and guide clients through the claims process
• Maintaining accurate client records and documentation

Required Skills

Excellent communication, listening skills and the ability to relate well to people is required. Ideally, the candidate must be proficient in IT and fluency in written and spoken English and Maltese.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate must have an advanced level of education whilst experience in an insurance setting or a customer service-related discipline is considered an asset.
