GCS Malta is looking for a Finance Manager to work with an international telecoms company in Malta.
Your Responsibilities
- Preparing management accounts and internal reports.
- Handling VAT, tax, and statutory reporting.
- Assisting in preparing annual budgets, forecasts, and cash flow statements.
- Managing customer and supplier invoicing processes.
- Overseeing payment processes and performing bank reconciliations.
- Resolving billing
- related disputes on customer and supplier invoices.
- Supervising day
- to
- day operations of the Finance department.
- Liaising with external auditors and consultants.
- Identifying and implementing financial process improvements.
- Ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and key deadlines are met.
Required Skills
This role demands excellent teamwork, communication, and multitasking abilities, along with a keen attention to detail and the capacity to manage challenging or sensitive situations with diplomacy and tact. Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, is a must
Qualifications and Experience
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accountancy or ongoing ACCA studies is required, with three years of experience in accounting or finance preferred as an asset.
