Junior Corporate Lawyer

GCS Malta is looking for a Junior Corporate Lawyer to work with one of Malta’s leading corporate companies.

Your Responsibilities

• Supporting corporate structuring, company formation, and compliance.
• Assisting in drafting and reviewing corporate documents and contracts.
• Conducting legal research on company law, iGaming, crypto, and finance.
• Providing guidance on AML/CFT and corporate compliance.
• Liaising with regulators and handling corporate governance matters.
• Staying updated on Maltese and EU legal developments.

Required Skills

This role requires knowledge of Maltese company law and compliance frameworks, along with strong leadership, motivation, and a solution-driven approach. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English is essential and any other language is a plus.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate is a qualified lawyer with up to 2 years of corporate law experience and a strong interest in iGaming, Fintech, crypto, or financial services.
