GCS Malta is seeking to recruit a Category Manager to join one of Malta’s leading tech companies.

Your Responsibilities

• Building strong supplier relationships for growth.
• Securing budgets and managing fund allocations.
• Equipping sales team with tools for strategy execution.
• Implementing tools to enhance sales performance.
• Communicating plans across sales and marketing teams.
• Conducting in
• store assessments for growth opportunities.
• Managing forecasting, budgeting, and commercial proposals.
• Overseeing category budgets and supplier order management.

Required Skills

Strong communication and organizational skills with an energetic and self-driven personality are essential within this role. Proficiency in using Microsoft office applications and fluency in both written and spoken English & Maltese is required. A valid driving license is also needed.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should ideally hold a University Degree or equivalent in a business-related field, with 2-3 years of experience in a similar commercial or business management role preferred.
