GCS Malta is seeking to recruit a TMT Lawyer to work with a leading multi-disciplinary law firm in Malta.

Your Responsibilities

• Leading data protection compliance efforts, ensuring GDPR and regulatory adherence, and developing privacy strategies, policies, and agreements.
• Advising on TMT Law Projects, including intellectual property matters like licensing, content distribution, and trademark issues.
• Building strong client relationships, providing tailored legal guidance.
• Conducting training on data protection and privacy best practices for clients and colleagues.

Required Skills

This role requires excellent analytical, communication and negotiation skills, along with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A keen eye for detail and strong problem-solving abilities is essential.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of post-qualification experience, with a strong focus on privacy and data protection, and be admitted to the bar in Malta.
