Product Specialist

GCS Malta is looking to hire a Product Specialist for one of Malta's top distribution companies.

Your Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals and KOLs, focusing on Aesthetic Doctors and Dermatologists in Malta.
• Planning and coordinating medical education programs, including seminars and webinars.
• Collaborating with teams to create educational content and materials.
• Providing scientific and clinical information to HCPs on products and therapies.
• Addressing inquiries from HCPs on medical information, studies, and product safety.
• Identifying and fostering partnerships with KOLs for scientific exchange.
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory and ethical guidelines in all interactions with HCPs.
• Collecting feedback from HCPs to identify areas for improvement.
• Monitoring healthcare trends and competitor activities for strategic insights.
• Analyzing KPIs like sales data and ROI to improve engagement tactics.
• Staying updated on industry changes and regulations impacting product usage.
• Performing additional tasks as assigned by the Head of Commercial Strategy.

Required Skills

This role demands strong negotiation skills and commercial insight, along with the ability to confidently engage with clinics in promoting and selling products. Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate should possess a University Degree in Pharmacy, Science, or a related field, with experience in dermatology or aesthetics considered a plus.
