GCS Malta is seeking to recruit a Real Estate Trainer to work with a local real estate agency.

Your Responsibilities

• Designing and delivering training programs for new and existing real estate consultants
• Conducting onboarding sessions for new joiners
• Providing ongoing coaching, workshops, and one
• on
• one development sessions
• Collaborating with management to align training with business goals
• Staying updated on industry trends and best practices
• Monitoring and evaluating training effectiveness and updating programs accordingly

Required Skills

This role requires familiarity with real estate practices and regulations, as well as strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Applicants should be fluent in both written and spoken Maltese and English.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in training, coaching, and development, ideally within real estate or sales-driven environments.
