Responsibilities
- Assisting with control monitoring and compiling MIS/KRIs
- Managing daily Control Room operations and supervising guards
- Ensuring compliance with risk controls and company policies
- Maintaining key management and monitoring security systems
- Responding to incidents and coordinating emergency actions
- Overseeing authorized site access and after-hours security
- Promoting safety awareness and teamwork
- Conducting safety and security walk-throughs
- Following company policies and continuous improvement practices
