GCS Malta is looking for an Operations Support Associate to work with a leading insurance company in Malta.
 

Responsibilities

  • Handling, documenting, and closing customer cases using the case management system.
  • Maintaining clear and accurate records of actions, communications, and resolutions.
  • Collaborating with insurance and claims teams to support onboarding and training.
  • Tracking key operational metrics related to onboarding and data quality.
  • Following structured procedures to deliver consistent customer service.
  • Responding to user and customer inquiries via phone and email with timely updates.
  • Performing administrative and support tasks to help the team meet targets.


The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of experience working in a contact center or a similar customer-facing support role.

This role requires confidence in managing customer communications via phone and email in a professional manner. Strong attention to detail, along with excellent organizational skills, is essential. Applicants must also be proficient in using case or ticketing systems to effectively manage and resolve requests.

Ideally, the candidate must be proficient in IT and fluent in written and spoken English and Maltese.
