GCS Malta is seeking a Customer Care Associate to work with one of Malta’s leading Insurance firms. If you're passionate about customer care and seeking to join a vibrant team in a welcoming atmosphere this is the perfect role for you.
 

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media platforms.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies to customers.
  • Address customer concerns, complaints, and escalations in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure resolution of issues and satisfaction with the outcome.


The chosen candidate must possess an advanced level of education whilst previous experience in a customer care-related field would be an asset to this role.

Ideally the candidate should have the ability to establish a good relationship with all types of clients, have IT proficiency and be fluent in written and spoken Maltese and English.
