GCS Malta is looking for a Legal Counsel to work with an international financial advisory company in Malta.
The chosen candidate must hold a J.D or equivalent EU Legal qualification, whilst at least 4 years' experience of legal experience is considered an asset.
This role requires in-depth knowledge of global frameworks related to digital assets, gaming, and artificial intelligence.
Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills, along with the ability to manage international clients, are essential.

Responsibilities
- Leading complex regulatory compliance projects across EU and non-EU jurisdictions
- Advising on MiCA, DORA, AML6, Gaming Laws, and global crypto regulations
- Managing cross-border client relationships and high-level legal transactions
- Mentoring junior team members and supporting international business development
