GCS Malta is looking for a Fixed & Transport Networks Engineer to work with one of Malta’s leading service providers.
If you are in possession of an MQF Level 6 certification in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or IT with good understanding of engineering and network concepts, then this one is for you!
The ideal candidate must have strong troubleshooting, analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
One must have a valid driving license.

GCS Malta is looking for a Fixed & Transport Networks Engineer to work with one of Malta’s leading service providers.
Responsibilities
- Participating in design, deployment, and operation of Epic’s transport network
- Maintaining fiber network documentation (GIS)
- Troubleshooting network issues
- Supporting operations and liaising with vendors
- Developing tools to improve network efficiency
- Monitoring network health and preventing issues
- Assisting with budget tracking
- Supporting scalable, high-availability fiber design
- Researching and staying updated on new technologies
- Working outside office hours as needed
- Participating in on-call roster
