GCS Malta is looking for a Personal Assistant to the Managing Director  to work with a renowned consultancy company in Malta. 
 

Responsibilities

  • Supporting MD with client mandates and fiduciary transactions
  • Drafting invitations and minutes for board and general meetings
  • Handling correspondence with clients, advisors, banks, and providers
  • Participating in client meetings and preparing payment requests
  • Managing statutory filings and maintaining corporate documentation
  • Assisting with bank account openings and mandate maintenance
  • Organizing calls, meetings, events, and business trips
  • Coordinating with registries, authorities, lawyers, and third parties
  • Updating presentations, brochures, and handouts
  • Supporting internal projects and maintaining group company files
  • Greeting guests and managing office supplies and inventory
  • Coordinating cleaners and basic IT support
  • Supporting onboarding, staff gifts, and internal event planning
  • Handling petty cash, expenses, and internal contact spreadsheets
  • Assisting with promotional item stock and marketing updates
  • Sorting, distributing, and sending mail; booking couriers
  • Supporting client advisors with travel arrangements, translations, and file management


The ideal candidate must have basic commercial training, whilst at least a year’s experience in corporate administration is considered an asset.

Applicants should possess excellent organizational, customer service, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently or collaboratively while meeting deadlines.

Fluency in both English and Maltese are required, whilst any other language is a plus.
