GCS Malta is looking for a Sales and Customer Representative to work with one of Malta’s leading insurance group of companies.
The ideal candidate must have at least a secondary level of education and experience in insurance, contact centres, or customer care, which will be considered an asset.
This role requires strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills, along with excellent telephone etiquette. A positive attitude and the ability to build rapport with customers are also essential.
Proficiency in using Microsoft office tools and excellent written and spoken Maltese and English is a must.

Responsibilities
- Providing first-line support to insurance customers
- Handling incoming calls, chats, and emails professionally and efficiently in line with company standards
- Collaborating with internal departments to resolve customer queries
- Preparing, issuing, and sending client documentation
