The ideal candidate should have experience in software and business process re-engineering and must also hold a valid driving license with access to their own transport.

Fluency in both Maltese and English is essential, along with proficiency in using Microsoft office applications.

GCS Malta is looking for a Growth Engineer to join one of Malta’s leading companies offering compliance solutions.
Responsibilities
- Responding to opportunities via software tools, emails, and calls
- Providing personalized customer support through calls, emails, and web demos
- Developing and managing customer relationships
- Visiting clients to present company concepts and website functionality
- Organizing customer workshops and product demonstrations
- Liaising with suppliers regarding opportunities
- Preparing costings for non-codified items
- Submitting quotes to customers
- Supporting team members as needed
- Maintaining and updating company data
- Implementing software changes and technical projects
