GCS Malta is looking for a Strategy & Sustainability Administrator to work with one of Malta’s leading insurance group of companies.
 

Responsibilities

  • Assisting in cascading the Group plan to local entities.
  • Facilitating and contributing to data compilation.
  • Supporting coordination of reporting structures at both local and Group levels.
  • Contributing to public disclosure of information for local entities.
  • Providing administrative support to the Sustainability Steering Committee and other relevant committees or working groups.
  • Supporting the organization’s representation on national committees.
  • Assisting in compiling environmental, social, or governance data across Group units when required.
  • Aiding in the development of local entities’ strategic plans within the Group framework.
  • Monitoring progress and compiling regular reports on strategic projects and objectives.
  • Assisting in research, development, and implementation of planning models.


The ideal candidate must hold a Bachelor’s Degree level of education in a related field, whilst experience in a similar role is preferred. 

This role requires strong communication, time management and analytical skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. 

Proficiency in using Microsoft office tools, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
