GCS Malta is looking for a Sales Team Leader to work with one of Malta’s leading insurance group of companies. The candidate chosen will be reporting directly to the Head of the Direct Sales Network. 
 

Responsibilities

  • Managing assigned commercial team to achieve set objectives
  • Ensuring high standards of advice and customer service
  • Overseeing efficient and responsible use of resources to maximize value
  • Fostering training, collaboration, and teamwork within the team
  • Ensuring compliance with ethical, professional, and profitability standards
  • Adhering to regulatory requirements and company policies
  • Addressing and resolving activity-related issues efficiently
  • Supporting in meeting customer needs effectively


Applicants should have similar previous experience within sales or insurance. 

This role requires deep understanding of sales technique, negotiation, and closing strategies, with the ability to collaborate and build strong relationships with both clients and team members. 

Excellent decision-making, leadership and problem-solving skills are essential, as well as strong communication skills.
