GCS Malta is looking for an HR Executive to work with one of Malta's leading educational company, within a leading group.
The ideal candidate should hold a degree in Occupational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field, and have at least five years of experience in HR roles, with a strong focus on recruitment, employee lifecycle management, and HR operations. At least a year of experience of managing an HR team would be considered an asset.
This role requires knowledge of recruitment best practices and experience in conducting interviews and selection processes, as well as familiarity with labour laws, employment regulations and compliance requirements.
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities
- Developing recruitment strategies and job advertisements
- Sourcing, screening, shortlisting candidates, and conducting interviews
- Collaborating with recruitment partners and job portals
- Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout recruitment
- Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes
- Preparing employee files, contracts, probation letters, and work permits
- Coordinating with regulatory entities for compliance
- Providing employee support on HR policies and regulations
- Managing daily HR operations and maintaining accurate records
- Improving HR processes and systems for efficiency
- Assisting in strategic initiatives, talent management, and engagement
- Coordinating team-building and development initiatives
- Ensuring compliance with labour laws and regulations
- Training employees and managers on HR procedures
- Performing other HR-related tasks as required
