GCS Malta is looking for an IT Applications Support Administrator to join one of Malta’s leading investment companies.
Applicants should have at least 2 years of experience in an IT applications 2nd-line support role, with exposure to POS, ERP, or retail software. Experience with MSSQL or other SQL databases is considered a strong asset.
This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills.

GCS Malta is looking for an IT Applications Support Administrator to join one of Malta’s leading investment companies.
Responsibilities
- Providing 2nd-line support for enterprise and operational applications across PG Group’s business units
- Assisting with system updates, testing, troubleshooting, and improvements
- Documenting fixes, escalating functional issues, and liaising with vendors
- Supporting system rollouts and contributing to process enhancements
- Training users, creating guides, and improving adoption of business tools
- Collaborating with IT and business stakeholders on planned changes
- Gaining exposure to multi-sector systems including retail POS, logistics, and hospitality technologies
